View Memory In A Server


You can use the lsattr command to show the usable memory in an AIX server:

root@tpo >/usr/sbin/lsattr -E -l sys0 -a realmem
realmem 16777216 Amount of usable physical memory in Kbytes False

The lsps command will show you the configured swap space:

root@tpo >/usr/sbin/lsps -a
Page Space      Physical Volume   Volume Group    Size %Used Active  Auto  Type
paging00        hdisk0            rootvg       19200MB     1   yes   yes    lv
hd6             hdisk0            rootvg         384MB     3   yes   yes    lv
