that is the only truth
in our existence

some may last only minutes
some may last a hundred years
it doesn't matter
it's the inbetween that is my concern
always has been
and if i thought that this was it... forever
then it would horrify me
the only comfort I have just now
is that no one gets out alive
life isn't precious
life isn't sacred
sometimes release
only comes when you meet death
