Calorie Fear

I am not scared of many things
such as
heights
spiders
bumps in the night
enclosed spaces
rollercoasters
driving fast
intensive care wards
dying
women
darkness
or my past

or even
drunks
thieves
public humiliation
snakes
lions
fog
water
job interviews
lying
flying
making mistakes
none of these scare me at all

But there is one thing
that puts the fear of god in me

CALORIES

they are everywhere
even in chewing gum
how do I escape?
I need help

I just can't stop growing.....
